Welcome to OhMleT Shoppe. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Product Information
Prices listed under the Stem Plant and Rhizome Plant categories are for one plant, unless otherwise specified.
Product images are provided for reference purposes only.
The actual appearance of plants may vary depending on whether they are emersed-grown or submerged-grown.
Natural variations in size, shape, colour, and appearance may occur.
We breed shrimps in natural environments, including outdoor tanks.
We sell pre-adult shrimps for shipping because adult shrimps have a higher risk of mortality during transportation.
Some snail varieties are bred at our farm.
Nerite snails are legally imported from other countries through authorized agents.
2. Order Verification
After an order is placed, our team will verify:
Product availability
Pincode/serviceability
Other relevant order details
The customer will receive a verification message after the order has been reviewed.
Payment should be made only after receiving order verification from our team.
3. Payment
All orders must be paid for before dispatch.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available because our courier partners do not accept COD shipments containing perishable products.
All prices displayed on our website are fixed.
Please avoid bargaining.
4. Order Cancellation
Once payment has been completed, the order cannot be cancelled.
Customers are requested to carefully review their order before making payment.
5. Direct Pickup
Direct purchase and pickup are available from our sales outlet in Kanjirathanam, Kottayam.
For pickup orders:
Place your order and receive your bill.
Mention your preferred pickup time.
Plants will be harvested only a few hours before the scheduled pickup.
Payment can be made directly when the order is collected.
6. Farm Access
NO ENTRY TO THE FARM.
Customers may collect their orders only from the designated sales outlet.
We do not disclose or provide farm videos to customers or other individuals.
7. Electronic Accessories
If an electronic accessory becomes unavailable because of damage or stock-related issues, the amount paid for that product will be refunded.
8. Delivery Responsibility
We use third-party courier services for delivery. Once the shipment has been handed over to the selected courier service, delivery times may be affected by circumstances such as weather, holidays, transportation delays, or other situations beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address, pincode, and contact details.
9. Policy Changes
OhMleT Shoppe reserves the right to update these terms and conditions when necessary. Any updated terms will be published on this website.
