Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on purchases of ₹4,000 or above.
If an order contains fish or liquid items, the customer must pay 50% of the applicable shipping charges.
For plant-only orders, free shipping is available on orders of ₹2,000 or above.

Blue Dart Premium Service is also available for customers who require faster delivery of plants.
Shipping Schedule
Orders outside Kottayam are generally dispatched on Monday or Tuesday.
If a holiday occurs on the scheduled shipping day, the customer will be informed in advance.
Orders Outside South India
Orders to locations outside South India are shipped from Monday to Wednesday.
Orders placed after Wednesday will be shipped on the following Monday.
RTO (Return to Origin)
If an order is returned to origin (RTO) for a reason other than a return requested by the customer, we will provide a replacement immediately.
Delivery Delays
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier service, weather, holidays, transportation conditions, and other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

Because our products are live and perishable, customers are advised to:
Ensure someone is available to receive the package.
Provide a correct and active phone number.
Provide an accurate delivery address and pincode.
Record an unboxing video immediately after receiving the package.
