OhMleT Shoppe, Kottayam - Order Online

OhMleT Shoppe is a Freshwater aquatic farm , deals with both Freshwater aquatic plants, shrimps and snails .

Here in our farm , we grow most of the  aquatic plants as emersed in climate controlled greenhouse by imitating the wild natural habitat of the plants.

We are breeding shrimps in our farm with natural atmosphere(outside open tanks also), we sell only pre adult shrimps because adult shrimps can't be shipped risk factors are very high. 

Some of the snails that we are breeding here. Nerite snails we are importing from other countries legally thorough our agents. 


Farm is Located at Kanjirathanam, kottayam .
We have been running since 2015,and are constantly working to improve our service to our customers all over India.

Currently Live plants, snails and shrimps are shipped all over India except Jammu & Kashmir. 

Direct purchase from sales outlet in Kanjirathanam will be possible. And we don't disclose our farm videos to anyone. 

Shipping charges 
Inside KERALA - ₹80/kg
Karnataka, Tamilnadu, pondicherry - ₹130/kg 
Andra pradesh, Telangana - ₹170/kg

Other parts of India - ₹250/kg. If package is more than 3kg then ₹220/kg

(Free delivery over ₹4000/- purchases. But If your order having fishes or liquid items you have to pay half shipping charges, for orders only having plants you will get free delivery on orders on or above ₹2000/- ) 

If any orders are getting RTO(other than if customer request) we will replace immediately 


Terms & conditions
Note:
1. Rates of plants in stem cateogary and Rhizhome cateogary are for a single plant.

2. Plants image shown are for reference and it can vary from the actual plant as they can be either emersed grown or submerged grown!

3. Delivery is possible only inside India. 

4.Delivery orders outside Kottayam are send via, DTDC, ST courier, Trackon courier, Speed and safe courier, Shreemaruti courier, as the customer prefers.They will be sent on Monday or Tuesday.If any holidays occur within these days, then the customer will be informed prior. BLUEDART PREMIUM SERVICE ALSO AVAILABLE FOR CUSTOMER WHO NEEDS PLANTS IN A FASTER MANNER. 

5. Once you place the order your order will be reviewed by our team that all the products are available and also the pincode is deliverable after that you will recieve a verification message then only you will be able to make the payment. 
Cash on delivery is not available on any orders because shipping partners won't accept cod orders on perishable packages. 

6. For direct pickup order, after placing your order and getting your bill, Mention your preferred time to collect your order, as plants will be only harvested few hours before the pickup time.payment can be made directly after the order is collected.

7. We provide DOA(dead on arrival) guarantee for 4 days from packing.
If any reasonable damage occurs to plants within the time period above
mentioned, the customer can send the pics & unboxing video of the condition of the damaged plants on the same day of recieving the package. They will be refunded in 4-7 business days.(If customer wants to get the damaged product, for sending the product they have to pay shipping charges according to the fixed minumum charges). IF CUSTOMER IS OPTING ANY SHIPPING OPTION THE RESPONSIBILITIES HAVE TO TAKEN BY CUSTOMER ITSELF. 

8. Orders to outside south india will be shipped on monday to Thursday . After Thursday next shipping will be on upcoming monday. 

10. For orders to Kanyakumari, Telangana and Andra Pradesh customer have to take 50% of risk. 

11. ALL PRICES SHOWN IN WEBSITE ARE FIXED, PLEASE AVOID BARGAINING.  If any electronic accessories are unavailable in stock due to damage we will provide refund for that product. 

12. ALL ORDERS WILL GET SHIPPED AFTER RECEIVING PAYMENT FROM CUSTOMER.
